RAP Informational Topic

RAP was created on the 3rd of May, 2013 by an ArmA 2 player Bassdrop who met another player, the all-powerful Rik0, in a game of "Gangsta Life Wars" on ArmA 2 Free.

RAP does not officially stand for anything, nor was the name intentional. It was apparently left as RAP from a typo Bassdrop made when giving me info about what the clan should be about.

For a long time, RAP focused on RP (Role-Play) gamemodes such as Chernarus life and different variations of the game. Closer to present day, we've spread into more realistic military-style gamemodes.

All of the head members of RAP have spent an average of nearly 600-700 hours playing ArmA 2. That's not including the time we spent on ArmA 2 Free. This game is what we're extremely good at. Personally i think that we're some of the most experienced in ArmA 2. I'm not being cocky either, we're good at this game and we've spent hundreds of hours proving it.

RAP is now much more organized than it used to be. We have a ranking system as well as much better members. Our main goal is recruiting more people into the clan. If you think your friends would be well-fit for playing some ArmA with some experienced (but extremely laid back) masters of destruction, invite em'.

Rank System Follows:

RAP Recruit: When joining RAP, you're a recruit for a limited amount of time until you get full permission to be a RAP member. This is usually to filter out anyone who joins just to see our inner forum.

RAP Operator: A full member of RAP. Has full access to the forum. The backbone of RAP.

RAP Officer: An officer of RAP (pretty self-explanatory). Has in-game command over any Operator or Recruit if said commands are reasonable.

RAP Elite: A member who has shown extreme support for RAP and is highly effective in-game. Has power over Officers, Operators, and Recruits.

Position System Follows:

Developer: A member who has made mods, quality gamemodes, or games.
Leader: An original member of RAP.
Recruiter: An officer who's assigned to recruit and help recruits into the ranks.
Valyn Gaming: Any members/administrators hailing from Valyn Gaming. (Allied Clan.)
